He holds two prestigious designations, Certified Exchange Advisor (CEA) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Less than 5% of Commercial brokers throughout the United States hold the designation of CCIM. In 1998, Charles was awarded “CCIM of the Year” in the St. Louis area for his excellence in service to the Commercial Real Estate Industry.
