The 419 Old State Road M1 Light Industrial project

and conceptually on the plan board.

The development would feature an 18,000 Sq. Ft. building located at the northwest corner of Pierside and Old State Road. This project is designed to provide increments of 1,125 square foot of space with 16-foot-high ceilings. Each space would also feature a small office and a warehouse component with a drive in bay, 16 foot high ceilings. Most units are easily expandable up to 2,250 square feet. Certain units could be drive through units totaling 2,250 square feet and other units will include a dock if required. Each unit features a heated and cooled office and warehouse with a minimum of a 12-foot-high drive in garage door.
