Charlie St. Onge, CCIM, is the President and Owner of St. Onge Management & Exchange Corporation.  Charlie established his commercial brokerage corporation in October, 1993. He is a member of the St. Louis Association of Commercial Realtors and obtained his Certified Commercial Investment Member designation in 1997, receiving CCIM of the Year in 1998.  Charlie specializes in commercial property brokerage, sales, leasing, 1031 property exchanges, property management, site selection, estate property liquidation, lease versus own analysis, along with consulting in property zoning matters and property development opportunities on his client’s behalf. Charlie's goal is to work "one-on-one" with his clients, assisting them in establishing and defining their real estate goals and objectives. Upon understanding his client's goals, Charlie works in achieving those goals whether through marketing the product for sale, leasing, or property management. St. Onge Management & Exchange Corp. has more than tripled its listing and sales numbers over the past two (2) years, while still maintaining a personal relationship with clients in their real estate objectives. Charlie is a member of the West St. Louis County Chamber of Commerce, an Elder at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, is on the board of directors for ISM (International Student Ministry), and is actively involved in his community.
